Each year, Home ASAP works with over 200 MLSs from every corner of the US to provide agents with IDX services. That accounts for roughly 95% of all US residential listings! Here are 100 of the largest MLSs in the US based on the number of listings we imported in 2021.

How Does Home ASAP Use MLS Data?

Home ASAP uses listing data to provide a variety of services for real estate agents. This includes our highly regarded IDX Home Search. With this tool, agents can offer potential clients their own agent-branded MLS search which is promoted automatically on Facebook.

Technical Notes

While we tried to be as accurate as possible, a number of technical factors may cause the numbers of listings shown here to differ from the actual totals reported by the MLSs. This data is intended to only to show how many residential listing Home ASAP has processed from each MLS.

It’s also important to note that some MLSs such as RealComp MLS were added mid-year. This would cause their totals to appear lower even though they may be in a large metro area.

Other MLSs such as Beaches MLS offer multiple feeds with some overlap in listings. For these, we showed the estimated total only.

Finally, it’s also important to note that several MLSs have merged in the past year. In some cases, one MLS may have absorbed another MLS’s listings. In other cases, a completely new feed may have been created. Either way, the number of listings will have been affected.
