What happens after I place my order?

Can I have my account manager exclude specific listings?
Yes! Your account manager will reach out to you shortly after ordering at which time you can let them know if there are any listings you don’t want to be advertised. You can also contact them at anytime to remove listings in the future.
What if the price or other information changes on my listings?
Since your listing info is pulled directly from your MLS, your ads will have the most up-to-date information. We refresh listing data every 5 minutes.
What if a listing is “sold” or goes “under contract”?
Once the status changes in the MLS it will be removed from your ad campaign. No more wasted ad dollars!
