How will I receive leads from ads?
All ad types except Web Traffic Ads include landing pages with lead capture forms. Leads collected from these landing pages are sent to you by email. Leads can also be accessed in the Real Estate Agent Directory under the leads tab and in the HomeASAP Agent iOS app. Leads can also be sent to most CRMs using our Zapier integration.
How much money do Facebook ads cost?
With ad builder ads, you pay on a per campaign basis. Facebook ads are shown based on a bidding system. That means that the amount of money spent each time the ad is shown can vary, so you will set a total campaign budget. The total campaign budget limits the amount of money spent on a campaign to the amount you set. You can set the total campaign budget to as low as $14 for a seven day campaign. However, we recommend a minimum campaign budget of $60 or more for best results.
Are there contracts or long-term commitments to run Facebook ads?
No. Each ad campaign is treated as an individual transaction with no recurring charges or long-term commitments to run more ads. During setup, you can set a campaign to run for seven, fourteen, or thirty days. Once your campaign is finished, it’s completely up to you whether to run more ads.
If you are interested in a recurring ad subscription, Home ASAP also offers a monthly Seller Lead Ad subscription (Home Search Ad subscriptions coming soon!). A Seller Lead Ad subscription is useful for agents that want to consistently market to sellers since it requires a one time setup rather than individual campaigns.
Can you create custom ad graphics?
Custom ad graphics are only available through Home ASAP’s TurnKey Suite service. With this service, you receive a dedicated account manager to create and manage ad campaigns for you based on your individual needs.
What will I need to launch a Facebook ad campaign?
To launch a campaign, you will need a Real Estate Agent Directory (READ) account and a Facebook business page. If you do not have a Facebook business page, Home ASAP can create one for you through our Page Create service or you can also create a page on your own and link it to your READ account.
For Listing Ads, you will also need to select an MLS and enter your Office and Agent ID to import your listings into your READ profile.
